The registration for Serene 2010 Workshop is a two step process: first you enter your registration information and then you proceed to the payment step.
Payment will be made via VISA, MasterCard, Cheque or Company Invoice.

Details are to either be emailed to jodi.hossbach@ncl.ac.uk or please call 0191 222 7087 for the payment to be processed.

Please ensure you supply the correct and relevant payment details enable a swift transaction.

For Company Invoice:

Cheques:

  • Please ensure that Cheque's are made payable to Newcastle University and they are correctly dated & signed.

Registration Fee Summary

Spring School Only

PhD Students:   £ 125

Other:              £ 175

Combined Spring School & Serene Workshop:

PhD Students : £ 275

Other:             £ 400

Serene Workshop Only:

PhD Students : £ 150

Other:             £ 225

The registration covers:

Spring School:

  • 2 lunches, workshop dinner on Tuesday 13th April 2010, coffee breaks, proceedings, and workshop materials.

Serene Workshop:

  • 2 lunches, workshop dinner on Thursday 15th April 2010, coffee breaks, proceedings, and workshop materials.

Combined Spring School & Serene Workshop:

  • 4 lunches, 2 workshop dinners, coffee breaks, proceedings and workshop materials.

Optional Seminar:

There will an optional seminar held on the evening of Wednesday 14th April 2010, which will be free of charge to any Spring School or Serene Workshop delegate. If you would like to attend this seminar please ensure you confirm your attendance by selecting the attendance box during stage one of the registration process in the General Registration Information section.

Registration will remain open until 10am Tuesday 13th April 2010

Please note that we do not refund registration fees.
If you cancel your registration you will lose the registration fee.
